ELIT Capacitors for starting systems of IC engines are high-capacious Double Layer Capacitors (DLC) optimized for discharge with high density current.

Starting as the main process - is being done by ELIT Capacitor, where battery is needed to keep capacity. It reduces need in initial capacity of the battery and leads to schrinkage of the spectrum of batteries being produced presently. For instance, today to start engines ranging from cars to trucks and tractors, the batteries of 44 - 210 Ah are used. In case of use of ELIT Capacitor to start the same engines this range will be reduced to 25 - 90 Ah.

ADVANTAGES OF USE STARTING ELIT CAPACITORS

ELIT Capacitor increases reliability of start at temperature window from minus 50°C to plus 80°C
(from minus 50°F to 176°F). It makes vehicle quickly ready to operate at any weather condition.
